Why this one
Take the 4-10 fragment of ACTH, add a proline-glycine-proline tail for stability, and the corticotropic activity of the parent hormone does not come with it. That separation is what makes Semax a neurological tool rather than an endocrine one.

Handling
Store sealed vials at 2–8°C for short-term use, or at −20°C for long-term storage, and protect from light. Reconstitute with the diluent your protocol specifies; bacteriostatic water is the common choice where a vial will be entered more than once.
Allow refrigerated material to reach room temperature before opening, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles once in solution.
