Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Metra Peptides. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order.
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published here on the date your order is placed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase. By ordering you represent that you are, that you are acquiring the material for legitimate laboratory research, and that it will be handled only by personnel qualified to work with research chemicals.
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe the material is not being acquired for research use.
Research use only
All products sold on this website are supplied strictly for research, laboratory and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption in any form. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in humans or animals, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Metra Peptides is a supplier of research chemicals. It is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility under section 503B. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing or availability errors at any time before dispatch, including after an order is placed; where we do, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
We accept major credit and debit cards, processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Payment is taken at checkout. An order confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance — the contract is formed when we dispatch.
Promotional pricing, discount codes and bundled offers apply only while published and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Shipping, title and risk
Dispatch and delivery are governed by our shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier to the address you supplied. We ship within the United States only.
Returns
All sales are final, subject to the exceptions for damaged and incorrectly shipped orders set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Claims under those exceptions must reach us within 48 hours of delivery.
Permitted use
You agree not to administer any product to a human or animal, not to resell or transfer material to any person who intends to do so, not to represent any product as fit for human or veterinary use, and to comply with all federal, state and local law governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage and disposal of research chemicals.
You accept full and sole responsibility for the handling and end use of anything you purchase.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, product photography, page design and the METRA name and marks, belongs to Metra Peptides and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
No warranty beyond specification
We warrant that material supplied conforms to the identity and purity stated on the certificate of analysis for its lot. That is the extent of the warranty given.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. We make no representation that any product is suitable for any application beyond laboratory research.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, for loss of data or research work, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside laboratory research.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Metra Peptides against any claim, loss or expense arising from your handling, use, resale or disposal of any product purchased, or from your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
