Why this one
Earlier secretagogues came with cortisol and prolactin activity attached, which made clean interpretation difficult. Ipamorelin doesn't — the selectivity is the reason it displaced them as the standard pharmacological tool at this receptor.

Handling
Store sealed vials at 2–8°C for short-term use, or at −20°C for long-term storage, and protect from light. Reconstitute with the diluent your protocol specifies; bacteriostatic water is the common choice where a vial will be entered more than once.
